Events Division

The frontline of the Finance Society.

We are responsible for the smooth execution of events and ensure that our sponsors’ requests are met.

The Events Division is perfect for enhancing organization and leadership skills. We want proactive students who have a strong sense of responsibility and the discipline to work hard.

The Events Division is made up of 4 teams of dedicated officers who provide marketing, logistical and feedback support for our sponsors. Segmenting our responsibilities,

Before the Event, we place in a lot of physical preparation:

1. Logistically ensures that sponsor’s requirement of the venue and facilities is met.
2. Markets and communicates the event through offline channels (e.g. stall sessions along Houghton Street)

During the Event, we make everyone feel comfortable:

1. Acts as the sponsor’s right-hand-man, ready to fulfill sponsor’s ad-hoc requirement.
2. Organizes the attendees and makes sure everyone’s needs are attended to.

After the Event, we assure your voices are heard:

1. Channels regular feedback from the attendees to the sponsor
2. Follows up on areas of concern raised by sponsor
